Flagstone Creek Estates is a Homeowners Association neighborhood. As a property owner within Flagstone Creek, you are a voting member of the HOA, and have the responsibility to pay Annual Assessments (dues) by February 1st each year (currently $400) paid to "Flagstone Creek HOA" either mailed or hand dropped off to our mailbox at 785 Pebble Creek Ln.
Alternatively, HOA assessments, fines, administrative or transfers fee's, can be paid to the HOA Venmo account @Flagstonecreekhoa, scan code noted below.
Also included with this obligation is your right to attend scheduled meetings and events sponsored or coordinated by the Association and its Board of Directors. The Association to which you belong to is committed, along with your HOA Board of Directors, to maintaining a premier neighborhood community in Rockwall for each homeowner. This can only be accomplished with your involvement and help.

To elect and appoint Directors who will make decisions in the best interest of our Flagstone Creek neighborhood, and who will abide by and conduct the business of Flagstone Creek Estates, Inc., according to its governing documents, and to develop, achieve and maintain a "Premier Neighborhood" status within the city of Rockwall.
